About Panther Vale

There is a uniquely Green Mountain feel to our activities. We feast in our forests, spin wool from our sheep, and ride our mountain ponies. Throughout the year, we get together for archery, hand-to-hand combat, equestrian events, medieval arts and sciences, holiday feasts, and so much more.

The Shire of Panther Vale is located in eastern Vermont as part of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA). In the SCA, you take part in creating the atmosphere by recreating whatever aspects of the Middle Ages and Renaissance that interest you the most.

The SCA is an international, non-profit educational organization dedicated to the preservation, research, and recreation of the crafts, arts, and experiences of the era.
