The meeting did commence at 1315 SST
- Seneschal opened the meeting with a discussion of the situation revolving around the abdication of the King.
- Device paperwork has been completed and will be resubmitted
- The Seneschal called to have the dates of the 2020 meetings, all dates tentative
- Q4 Meeting will be 4 January 2020 at Yule
- Q1 Meeting will be 26 April 2020 at Farnsworth
- Q2 Meeting will be 28 June 2020 at Barre (Julien)
- Q3 Meeting will be 11 October 2020 in the Northeast Kingdom

- Venue available in Norwich VT, $75 for event as we are non-profit

- Tiberius proposed a budget as thus:
- $150 for site
- $500 for dancing/music/calling
- $100 for food
- $50 for supplies

- $10 charge for members
