The next shire business meeting will be held on Sunday, December 20th from 4pm to 6pm via Zoom. Here’s the Zoom link.
The agenda will be posted closer to the meeting. If you have any items you’d like to discuss, please contact our seneschal Laura.
These meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend – member or not, new people and veterans. It’s a great way to ‘meet’ fellow shire members.
Technical Whatnots
To attend Zoom meetings, you will need access to the internet and a device with at least a microphone. Video is optional. If you have a poor internet connection, turn the video off and use audio only. The room will be open 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.
For the password, please contact our seneschal or deputy seneschals. Please do so well before the meeting. To avoid call crashers, we will not publish the password.
