The Shire of Panther Vale welcomes the people of the East Kingdom to join us for the Kingdom’s celebration of Twelfth Night (for real this time, we hope).

In this the most festive season of the year we celebrate the returning of the light by inviting you to join us for fun, feast, and friends. Panther Vale welcomes you to join our Royal Majesties for a celebration of variety in customs, locations, and centuries.
 
Our site has an abundance of space, so we are pleased to be able to offer multiple activities and amenities. There will be areas dedicated to classes, A&S displays and a competition. Bards will have space to gather and to entertain. There is room to accommodate both fencing and fighting (with the added bonus of having showers available). And if your only desire is to have relaxed conversations with friends, you will find ample space to do so.

PayPal: When you register online, a PayPal invoice will be generated within 24 hours of your submission. Online preregistration is not complete until the PayPal invoice has been paid.

We invite everyone to bring and display their heraldry.

Be sure to let us know if you have any food allergies. 


Lodging

There are several options for lodging in the area, and we’ve arranged a discount at Comfort Inn & Suites in Montpelier. The special rate, code SCA, is good until the rooms sell out.

The event site is accessible per the East Kingdom Accessibility Porter’s Checklist.

From I-89 North or South

Take Exit 7, Berlin Head toward Route 62 (Barre). Go through 5 sets of lights. At the 5th light, turn right on to Route 302 East. Look for the Civic Center’s large, granite marquee at the second left and take that turn. You will approach a Y intersection. Stay to the left and then proceed straight up Auditorium Hill to the Civic Center. The Auditorium is on the left. When using a GPS, older models will refer to “Seminary” Hill which is now “Auditorium” Hill.
