During this meeting, we will be electing officers for the following positions: Chatelaine, Herald, Knight Marshal, and Exchequer. According to Shire Bylaws, “Eligible resident members may, but are not required to, submit notice of interest for any open positions to the Shire Seneschal. Resident members may declare their candidacy for any open office from the floor.”

The meeting will be hosted using Zoom. This is the meeting link. To attend, you will need access to the internet and a device with at least a microphone. Video is optional. If you have a poor internet connection, turn the video off and use audio only. The room will be open 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.
