Studium imageWe host a weekly craft night in our Upper Valley home from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The floors in our house are original (112 years old) so we ask that shoes be removed. Feel free to bring slippers, indoor only shoes, or socks to change into.

We have started a community box where you can donate supplies that you no longer need so others can pick from the box for supplies they may need. If you are thinning out your holdings, no need to throw usable things away – donate it to the community box!

An opportunity to get help with projects, socialize, and when the weather permits – pickups in our yard. I also have a craft room stocked with supplies and tubs of fabric in my attic to help new people make garb. We have a work bench in the basement for armor work or other items that require tools.

Contact me (Rosaline Wright) if you have any questions.

SERVICE PROJECT

We are making dragons for the EK toy chest!

Skills you will learn: threading a needle, a Glover’s knot, hand stitching leather.

  1. I would love to know if this still is going on? Is there a minimum age? My daughter, 13 and I are interested in learning more!

It’s absolutely still going on! It and all our upcoming events are listed on our public Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/PantherVale/). It’s always good to check there before going in case plans change. There’s no minimum age; my daughter was 11 when we started going. 🙂

  2. How do I learn more about these weekly gatherings? Our homeschool group is starting a Medieval Ages unit, and we may be interested in coming. We live in Vershire and Corinth.

What say you?
